NAC Courses: Puppet Making Adult Session
NAC Courses: Puppet Making Adult Session
This 6 week sequential learning experience will introduce students to the materials and various methods of puppet making. Students will make at least two puppets: one simple sock puppet, and one more advanced marionette or muppet-like puppet. Students will also bring their puppet creations to life and develop their character’s personality in individual and group shows, interviews, or monologues performed for their fellow students.
This Class will meet every Tuesday from 6-8:30pm from February 24th- March 31st.
All Materials are included (you may choose to purchase additional materials if you aren’t inspired by what we have, but this will be discussed in class so don’t buy in advance).
Jean Richardson will be the instructor for this NAC Art Course. She has received a BFA in Drawing and Painting and an MFA in Studio Arts. She has been teaching art for 15 years, and has taught students from elementary school aged up to the college level.
