Our Adaptive Art Class is for adults age 18+ with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Every class includes one hour of instruction in our classroom and one hour of free time in our studio. During each class we will explore a new project or medium, focusing on the process of making art and trying new things.

This class is team taught by an art instructor and a recreational therapist. We have worked together to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. If the participant in the class would benefit from 1 on 1 instruction we suggest a family member or aid accompany them to class, at no extra charge.

You may register for this class online or register at the door when you arrive. The cost of each class is $3.

The free hour in our studio can be spent before or after the class or a mix of both! Come early or stay later and check out all the other projects we have going on during Open Studio.
