NAC Art Courses are 6 week classes taught by an experienced instructor, that introduce students to a variety of art techniques and mediums. In this course we will focus on Blockprinting.
This 6 week learning experience will introduce students to the materials and various methods of blockprinting. After an introduction to the tools you will learn about scale by working on different sized blocks, make two-color registrations of blockprints, as well as print on paper and fabric.
This Class will meet every Tuesday evening from 6-8:30pm from September 8th to October 13th.

Jean Richardson will be the instructor for this NAC Art Course. She has received a BFA in Drawing and Painting and an MFA in Studio Arts. She has been teaching art for 15 years, and has taught students from elementary school aged up to the college level.
